This is a NEW Hi-Lo shift lever that is on top of the Range Transmission cover for IH 786, through 6788 tractors.
This lever is bolted to the Hi-Lo shift shaft. This new lever will tighten up the slop that occurs at this point. If the range cover is removed a better fix is to install the new shift shaft kit that I offer in my store.
