This is a new 1 piece headliner panel for IH Tractors.
This plastic panel has the foam already glued to it. The foam is quite a bit thinner than the original upholstery. It is the same upholstery (black basket weave) patterned material.
When installed it looks identical to the original style except it will not sag and fall down like the originals. It comes with a spacer kit. No Gluing required. The only drawback to this panel is the shipping.
It is oversized by UPS standards and has to be shipped via truck freight which will vary considerably depending on your location. I have entered a shipping cost of $200 which is most likely more than the actual charge would be. I prefer that you would call or email before purchasing so I can get an accurate quote for your address. Otherwise I can refund the difference once an order is placed.
