This is a NEW Exhaust Manifold for IH Tractors with 6 cylinder gas motors.
Replaces part #s: 384290R21, 384290R1
If you need this for a C221 or C263 it will be necessary to cut the hole larger in the hood because this manifold has a larger exhaust hole than the original C221 and C263 had. There is a adapter available that reduces the pipe size and offsets it to match the hood hole in 460, 560, 660, 606, and 656 tractors.
